Halloween Carnaval – West Hollywood 2024. Back for the first time since 2019, the west hollywood halloween carnaval takes place on halloween night, october 31, 2023. City of west hollywood’s halloween carnaval will take place on thursday, october 31, from 6 p.m.
West cedar through west grape streets will be closed for the event. Each year, more than 500,000 people take to the streets of santa monica boulevard to enjoy the wildest, most eccentric costume creations ever at the west hollywood halloween carnaval.
